How To Get What You Want

The law of attraction has been scientifically proven to help in the success of many celebrities such as Will Smith, Oprah, and Jay Z. What exactly is the law of attraction? The main idea of the law of attraction is the power of the universe to draw similar energies together and something that is always in motion. People’s thoughts and feelings have the ability to manipulate the energy in the universe to their liking. If people’s thoughts are negative, they will attract things with negative or low vibrations. Alternatively, if people think positively, people attract positive things in their lives. People can use this to be who they want and have whatever they want. People need to be able to control their thoughts and actions to work towards a more positive mindset.

There are several methods people can use to achieve a high vibration and to ask the universe for what they want. Key factors to remember are to be as detailed as possible, remain positive, start small, and believe the process. To ask the universe for something, people need to focus on the feeling they would get if they received it. For example, if someone wished for a beach vacation, instead of focusing on the idea of going on vacation, that person would focus on their feelings. They would feel happy, relaxed, grateful. They would then try to feel the warm sun on their skin and hear the waves crashing on the shore.

Some physical steps you can take towards your dream life are creative visualization, affirmations, and creating a dream board. Creative visualization was touched on earlier in this article, but people should focus their thoughts on the feeling they would get when they receive what they want, and imagine that they already have it. It can help to write in a journal so they can write down what their end goal is. Another thing people can do is repeating affirmations, or positive words and phrases. For example, if someone’s goal is to get a job, they can repeat phrases such as “I will get that job, I believe in myself, I am worthy of getting that job.” This can help rework their subconscious thoughts that are hindering them from manifesting their dream life. There are many videos and podcasts of specific affirmations that they can listen to while driving, doing chores, or other daily tasks. Lastly, creating a dream board or a vision board has helped many people. To do this, people can create a board (either online such as Pinterest or cutting out/printing pictures) with a collage of pictures of things they want to attract into your life. By achieving these steps, people like you will be on their way to achieving whatever their heart desires!
